The free plan does not include a commercial license and can therefore not be used for any commercial endeavors. Additionally, we ask that the Content Generated using our Services by users subscribed to free plans and by non-signed-up users be attributed to ElevenLabs when published outside of our platform by including "elevenlabs.io" or "11.ai" in the title.
The paid plans all include a commercial license. Provided you have the necessary intellectual property rights in the Content you Generate with our Services and the content doesn't break any laws or our Terms of Service, you may use this Generated Content for commercial purposes and without attribution. You can read more about the specifics in our Terms of Service.
In short, everything generated during your paid subscription is yours to use commercially forever, whereas anything created before or after the subscription period will never be usable commercially and will always require attribution when posted non-commercially.
