Try using a different browser and turning off ad-blockers and pop-up blockers.
Under certain circumstances, some people might experience problems downloading their projects. The common denominator for this seems to be the browser. Most people who are experiencing issues are using a browser called Brave, however, we've also heard of some users experiencing issues with other browsers. In most cases, the issue seems to be resolved when they switch or test a different browser to download the files. We also recommend turning off any ad-blockers or pop-up blockers.
If you're having issues downloading from Projects, make sure you are following the correct flow as you don't download audio in Projects the same way you're doing Speech Synthesis. After you've converted your chapter(s) or project, you download it by clicking Convert, then selecting either "Convert Project" or "Convert Chapter", depending on whether you want to download an individual chapter, or the entire project. Click "Download" to download the current version, or "Versions" to access and download previous versions.
If you've made any changes to the project since last converting it, you will see this notification:
This means that you need to convert the chapter again, but you will not be charged for this as long as you have already generated audio for all the paragraphs.
When you click "Convert", you will see how many characters need to be converted and how many credits it will cost you. As well as generating audio for any unconverted paragraphs, this process also assembles the full audio for you so it can be downloaded in a single continuous file.
