If I failed to verify my voice, what can I do?

If you fail all five of your verification attempts during the creation of your professional voice clone, you will have to reach out to support and they will have to look into it for you. If everything looks correct, they will remove the verification attempt and then you can redo the process from the start.

When doing the verification, please be mindful of your setup. Ensure that your web browser is allowed to use your microphone, and that you have a similar setup to how you recorded the audio originally with minimal noise or other external audio interference.
