You can create fully customized and interactive voice agents.
You can customize the voice, the first message and the system prompt for your agent. The system prompt will inform your agent’s behavior, style, and demeanor.
You can also choose the LLM your agent uses. We offer ElevenLabs hosted LLMs for ultra-low latency and reduced reasoning cost. You can also chose from the leading models from Anthropic, OpenAI and Google, or use your own custom LLM.
You can also create your own knowledge base. This is additional information you can provide your agent on top of the base understanding of the LLM you selected. Non-enterprise users are limited up to 20MB in total.
RAG allows you to add more information to your agent's knowledge base. RAG cannot be enabled for documents smaller than 500 bytes. When RAG is enabled, the size of knowledge base items that can be assigned to an agent is increased. The total limit is dependent on your subscription plan - see our Agents documentation for details.
