If you require a higher number of concurrent requests, please reach out to our Enterprise Department directly via this webpage. We will be happy to discuss a tailor-made plan that meets your specific requirements.
You can also enable burst pricing for individual agents, which allows you to temporarily exceed your concurrency limit during high-demand periods. When enabled, your agents can handle up to 3 times your normal concurrency limit, with excess calls charged at double the standard rate. For more information, see our documentation.
