Note that not all formatting from the original manuscript will be retained to ensure compatibility with AI audio narration. We recommend reviewing the following to create a great reading and audio experience for your readers on the ElevenReader app:
- Ensure the manuscript is complete and that all chapters have been transferred to the publishing editor. If there are significant differences from the original manuscript, consider uploading a different file type or restarting the publishing editor to manually copy over the manuscript.
- The first chapter or page view should include the book title and author information.
- The table of contents can be deleted, as the reader can navigate through chapters directly within the ElevenReader app.
- Chapter titles should be formatted using Heading 1–3 for better organization.
- Detailed information that doesn’t translate well into audio can be moved to the back of the book.
- Validate that the text doesn’t contain page references or unwanted artifacts, which can be removed directly in the editor.
- Remove any unnecessary blank spaces in the text for a cleaner presentation.
