There are a couple of possible reasons why Payouts are not enabled for your account.
You have not completed the process of setting up your Payout account
Payouts won't be enabled for your account until you have completed the process of setting up your Payout account, including agreeing to the Terms.
To complete the process, please visit your Payouts page, and click Complete Account Setup, and follow the steps.
If you still see Complete Account Setup after completing all the steps, please contact Support for assistance.
You have not completed your W-8/W-9 certification
ElevenLabs is required by U.S. tax law to collect W-8/W-9 certification from anyone who receives payments from us and is not a U.S. tax resident. For more information on this, please see our article What is W-8/W-9 certification?
Payouts will be disabled for any user who does not have a valid tax form. To resume Payouts, please visit your Payouts page and click Manage Account.
You will then see Missing W-8/W-9 certification. To complete your certification, click Update and answer the questions in the form.
