I subscribed, but the ElevenReader app still says I’m on the free version

If your subscription isn’t reflected in the app, try the following steps:

  • Confirm you're logged in with the same account you used to subscribe.
  • Use the Restore Purchase option in the app’s settings.
  • Restart the app and check again.
