Workspace admins can manage seat types at any time.
To assign or change a seat:
- Click your profile icon in the top right corner of the website to open your account menu.
- Select Workspace settings
- Go to the Members tab
- Find the user you want to update
- Select their seat type and choose Basic, Full, or Admin
Note: the available seat types depends on your subscription plan. Additional Full and Admin seats are only available on Scale, Business and Enterprise plans.
You can also assign the seat type when inviting a new member to your workspace.
