How do I share an agent with a Basic Seat member of my workspace?

Users on Basic seats have full access to ElevenAgents and can access and edit agents in your workspace that have been shared with them.
 
To invite additional Basic Seat members to your workspace:

  1. Click your profile icon in the top right corner of the website to open your account menu.
  2. Select Workspace settings
  3. Go to the Members tab
  4. Click Invite New User
  5. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite

Once the new member has joined your workspace, you'll need to make sure that the agent is shared so that they can access it. 

  1. Go to your Agents page and find the agent you want to share
  2. Click the More actions (three dots) button
  3. Select Share agent
  4. In the sharing settings, you can either share directly by searching for the specific user, or you can set Workspace Access to Admin - this means that everyone in the workspace will be able to edit the agent. 
  5. You'll also need to share any resources the agent relies on, such as voices or pronunciation dictionaries.
