How can I downgrade my subscription?

When you downgrade your subscription, this won't take effect until the end of your current billing cycle. At this point, your account will be downgraded to the selected plan, and you will lose any unused credits on your account.

Here's how to downgrade your subscription:

1. Log in to your account at https://elevenlabs.io

2. Click My Account in the bottom left of the website, and then click Subscription

3. Click Manage subscription. This will appear in the top right of the window, and depending on your screen size, will also appear on the left of the window.

4. Click Downgrade and select the plan that you would like to downgrade to.

5. Once you confirm the downgrade, it will be scheduled for the end of your current billing cycle.

6. You will see confirmation of the scheduled downgrade. At any time before the end of your billing cycle, you can click Cancel downgrade to remain on your current subscription.

Your browser can sometimes block popups from appearing or a button from working. If this happens, try using a different browser. The browsers that generally work best are Chrome, Edge, and Firefox.
