How do I remove my card from my profile?

You cannot remove a card that’s set as the default payment method during an active subscription. However, you can add a new payment method, set it as the default, and then remove the old card.

Here’s how to update your payment method and remove your old card:

  1. Go to your Subscription page.

  2. Click Manage subscription.

  3. In the pop-up, click Manage billing information.

  4. Scroll down to Payment Methods.

  5. Click Add payment method and enter your new card details.

  6. Set the new card as the default payment method.

  7. Remove the old payment method.

Once your subscription expires, you can remove all payment methods from your profile.
