How do I add two-factor authentication (2FA) to my account?

These are the steps to add two-factor authentication (alternatively 2-factor authentication or 2FA) to your ElevenLabs.io account:

  1. Log in to your account at https://elevenlabs.io
  2. Click your profile picture in the bottom left corner.
  3. Select "Profile".
  4. Click on "Add Two-Factor Authentication".
  5. Provide your phone number. The format is + followed by the country code and your phone number.
  6. Use the SMS code sent to your phone to verify it as the second authentication point.

It's important to keep your device and phone number secure because losing access to it means you may lose access to your account, and we cannot recover your account without the second authentication point.
