Why can't I find my content in my account?

If you are not finding the content you are expecting to find in your account and it looks like it has been removed or deleted, the most likely reason for this is that you are logged into the wrong account. This might not be the case in your situation, but this has proven to be true most of the time.

To double-check that you are logged into the right account, go down into your profile in the lower left-corner: hover over and click your profile picture, then click "Profile + API key." This should open a pop-up that shows you the email for the current account.

If everything looks to be correct here, please try logging in and out again as that might resolve the issue if there is some issue loading the content.

If none of this proves effective, we would require more information to be able to more aptly troubleshoot the issue.
