Why did I not get the first-month off coupon?

We sometimes offer discounts on the first month of your subscription.  Since the coupon is only valid for your first purchase of a subscription tier, unfortunately, if the payment fails the first time and the invoice has to be voided, the coupon will also be voided and spent. You will have to reach out to support directly so they can look into it and issue a new coupon for you.
