On the Creator plan and above, you have the option to activate usage based billing. This will enable you to pay for additional credits used after exceeding your monthly quota. For full details on how to enable this feature, please see How do I enable usage based billing for my account?
To allow for more control over charges, usage based billing has a maximum number of credits that can be used. You can set this threshold yourself when you enable usage based billing. For a guide on how to do this, please see How do I change the usage based billing threshold for my account?
The additional credits are either billed at the end of your billing cycle, or when the outstanding balance crosses the relevant threshold for your subscription:
- Creator: $44
- Pro: $198
- Scale: $660
- Business: $660
If you decide to upgrade or downgrade your subscription, you will be immediately charged for any outstanding usage based balance, as well as the price of your new chosen subscription plan.
Usage based billing offers a fixed price for each additional 1,000 credits used over your limit. The cost of these credits depends on your plan. For details, please see What is the price for usage based billing?
