Credits give you flexibility to power your listening. For our Eleven v3 and Multilingual v2 models one text character will cost you one credit. For the Turbo v2.5 model one character will cost you 0.5 credits.
Why do we use credits?
We believe it’s fair for users as it gives you maximum flexibility. You only get charged credits when you generate content.
How can I get more credits for the ElevenLabs iOS or Android app?
Subscribe to our Creator monthly or annual plans for the best savings on credits, or for more options you can login and upgrade at elevenlabs.io. You can use your subscription across our website, iOS and Android apps.
If you subscribed through the mobile app, it isn't possible to enable usage based billing. If you want access to this feature, you'll need to switch to a website subscription. When do credits expire in the ElevenLabs iOS or Android app?
If you have a subscription, you will automatically rollover unused credits up to twice your usual monthly quota, provided you remain on the same subscription. If you cancel or downgrade your subscription, you will lose any unused credits when that takes effect at the end of your billing cycle.
