How do I downgrade or cancel my subscription?

To downgrade or cancel your subscription:

  1. Log in to your account at
  2. Click on "My Account" in the bottom left, and then click "Subscription"
  3. Scroll down until you see the different plans. You can now select to either "Downgrade" to a lower plan or click "Cancel Subscription" on your current plan. If you click either of these, a new popup will appear to ask if you are sure you want to go ahead. Click "Confirm" to go ahead with it.

It can happen that your browser blocks the popup from appearing or a button from working. In this case, try a different browser. The browsers that generally work are Chrome, Edge, and Firefox.

If you still have issues, please contact support.  When entering your details, make sure to include the email you currently use for your ElevenLabs account.
