How do I downgrade or cancel my subscription?

When you cancel or downgrade your subscription, this won't take effect until the end of your current billing cycle. When this happens, you will lose any unused credits on your account.

Here's how to cancel or downgrade your subscription:

1. Log in to your account at https://elevenlabs.io

2. Click My Account in the bottom left of the website, and then click Subscription

3. Click Manage subscription. This will appear in the top right of the window, and depending on your screen size, will also appear on the left of the window.

4. To cancel your subscription, click Cancel subscription and proceed through through the cancellation process. Once you click Cancel Subscription, your cancelation will be scheduled for the end of your current billing cycle.

5. To downgrade your subscription, click Downgrade and select the plan you want to downgrade to. Confirm the downgrade, and it will be scheduled for the end of your current billing cycle.

6. You will see confirmation of the scheduled downgrade or cancellation. At any time before the end of your billing cycle, you can click Resume subscription to remain on your current subscription plan.

Your browser can sometimes block pop-ups from appearing or a button from working. If this happens, try using a different browser. The browsers that generally work best are Chrome, Edge, and Firefox.
